WESTERN TECH TO CELEBRATE STUDENT SUCCESSES WITH SPECIAL GUESTS EL PASOANS FIGHTING HUNGER AND CHAMPIONSHIP BOXER JENNIFER HAN

El Paso, Texas – April 24, 2017 – Western Technical College will be recognizing the accomplishments of its student body this Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Plaza Campus, 9624 Plaza Circle, at 10:00a.m., 2:00p.m. and 6:30p.m.  The media is invited to cover these events.

 Joining Western Tech at the 10:00a.m. session will be Terri Wyatt, Chief Development Officer of El Pasoan’s Fighting Hunger.  Ms. Wyatt will be providing a keynote address and receiving a $5,000 check from the college.  At both the 2:00p.m. and 6:30p.m. sessions, Jennifer Han, El Paso’s Sweetheart and World Featherweight Champion, will be the guest speaker.
