You should combine your passion with our Auto Technician Training program with Subspecialty in Performance Tuning program. Today's cars have sophisticated electronic computer control systems designed to produce excellent power and response while maintaining optimum gas mileage and emissions. As part of your Auto Technician Training you will also have the opportunity to do an internship in the automotive industry while you’re attending school. Additionally, as part of your training, you will receive a complete automotive performance tool set that you will keep when you graduate.

Length: 78 weeks / 19.5 months daytime or 98 weeks / 24.5 months evenings. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES
This program is approximately 50 percent classroom training and 50 percent hands-on training.
In this Automotive Technology with a Subspecialty in Performance Tuning program, you will receive training in: A1-Engine Repair; A3-Manual Drive Train & Axles; A4-Suspension & Stering; A5-Brakes; A6-Electrical/Electronic Systems and A8-Engine Performance.You will also receive training for the G1-Auto Maintenance Repair certification.
