Heads-Up Class racer Onofre Benavidez has entrusted the Automotive Funadamentals & Performance Tuner Department at Western Technical College with this $200,000, 440 in. small block, twin turbo, 1900 horse power, 1966 Chevy II Nova to improve its already hard to beat performance. Staff and students are working towards the goal of tuning this car to run at more than 1900 horse power using the in-house dynamometer located at the eastside Plaza Campus in just a few days.
