In this hands-on program you will use measuring and diagnostic devices to adjust, test, maintain, and repair equipment such as communications, automation, and navigational equipment; monitoring devices; computers, fiber optics equipment, and other electronic devices. You will receive hands-on training on a variety of electronics devices such as robotics and various types of electronic circuits, diagnostic and testing equipment, various types of antennas, programmable logic controllers, and other automation equipment; everything you need to become skilled in Electronics Engineering Technology. 

Associate of Applied Science

Program: Electronics Engineering Technology

Length: 87 weeks daytime or 87 weeks evening FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES

This course is approximately 50 percent classroom training and 50 percent hands-on training.

Upon successfully completing our Electronics Engineering Technology courses, you will be eligible to test for professional certifications such as the Associate-level Certified Electronics Technician, Journeyman Electronics Technician in Communications and Industrial from ISCET; challenge the High-Reliability Hand Soldering from IPC, the Fiber Optics Certification thru FOA, and the CompTIA A+ and Networking+. In addition, you will graduate with an Associates of Applied Science Degree.
